Facilitation standard
Facilitators for technical and compliance tracks are expected to have worked in the field for at least three years before teaching it. Career-changers into facilitation shadow two full cohorts before leading one.
Where teams sit
Delivery staff are based out of Bangalore, Dubai and Nairobi, with regular travel to client sites. Programme design and learning data roles are largely desk-based with occasional cohort observation travel.
